[ ] Arrival and sailing draft
[ ] Cargo grade, parcel quantity and density
[ ] Proposed arrival window and schedule
[ ] Manifold size, location and transfer requirements
[ ] Product and vessel documentation requested by operator
[ ] Inspection attendance and communication contacts
[ ] Written terminal acceptance before committing the call
